Chapter Philanthropy and Service

Here at Zeta Tau Alpha we are blessed to have the opportunity of raising funds and giving support for our philanthropy, breast cancer education and awareness. Not only does this disease affect many on our campus and community here in the Canyon/Amarillo area, but throughout the entire nation. West Texas A&M Zeta host many events on and off campus in order to make a contribution to our national partners: Bright Pink, the NFL, and the American Cancer Society. In the 2021-2022 school year, our chapter raised over $10,000 for breast cancer education and awareness and was recognized as a Founder's Club member at the 2022 National Convention in Grapevine, Texas. This contribution on behalf of our chapter would not have been possible without the support of the WT Campus and students or the Amarillo/Canyon community. Some of the events we are proud to host to raise money include: Big Man on Campus (male beauty pageant), PINK OUT tailgate and football game, restaurant fundraisers, and tabling in the JBK.

If you are interested in donating or participating in any of our events, please do not hesitate to contact us!
